After some s...I'm glad I came across this blog. After some struggle, I managed to introduce BE in Management/Business Studies degree-level programs at my university. Your "BE: a European Perspective" textbook is among the main textbooks I use and recommend to students. Some 20 years ago, I had Dr Elizabeth Tierney as BE lecturer at University College Dublin -- some inspiration this lady was, but unfortunately, I have lost track of her after so long. I find it noteworthy that only two of the issues, Palm oil and Gulf oil, are sustainability related, in the sens of resource impact outstripping natures ability to replenish. This is contrary to the level of focus on sustainability in the corporate world.
